We specialize in designing, printing, and delivering Student and Employee ID Cards.

Orders can be placed directly through our office, website, or mobile application.

All data shared by clients (students/employees details) will be used strictly for ID card preparation only.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after proper data submission.

For Prepaid clients, payment must be completed before processing the order.

For Postpaid clients, payment terms will be decided mutually in writing.

Prices may vary depending on design, material, and quantity.

3. Data & Privacy

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and verified data (name, photo, designation, etc.).

We are not responsible for any mistakes arising from incorrect data provided by the client.

Data shared with us remains confidential and is not shared with third parties except for ID card processing.

4. Delivery

Standard delivery timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.

Delay due to technical issues, courier services, or unavoidable circumstances will be informed in advance.

5. Returns & Corrections

Once printed, ID cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Corrections will only be made if errors are reported before final printing.

In case of errors from our side, we will reprint and deliver free of charge.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs created by Khatri iD Cards are the intellectual property of the company.

Clients may not reproduce or copy designs without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages, losses, or delays caused by incorrect data, client negligence, or third-party service providers.

Our maximum liability is limited to the reprinting of the ID card(s).

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated policies will be posted on our website/application.
